North Beach Boys Brigade
Boys' Brigade has been around for 121
years, yet for a group of 14 people from
North Beach Western Australia, the best
is yet to come.
In 1993, Brigader Jordan Lun went to
the USA as a Rotary Exchange Student. There,
he met up with the world's largest Brigade
and the only Brigade in the USA, the Boys'
and Girls' Brigade of Neenah Menasha,
Now, in January 2005, 14 people led by
Jordan will receive the opportunity to go to
Neenah Wisconsin to participate and learn
from the world's largest Brigade. They will
do all of the activities that the locals do,
including but not limited to Taxidermy,
Shooting, Hunting, Ice Fishing, and
Sturgeon-Spear fishing. They will also be
doing all of the obvious winter activities
such as skiing, sledding and shovelling
fresh snow from the driveway.
